Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes. By default, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew, so you don’t experience any interruption in service. Individual subscriptions for Anatomy 360 or Medical Students Digital Cadaver are renewed monthly.  If you prefer not to auto-renew, don’t worry – you have the option to disable it at any time (see below). 

Business subscriptions are renewed on an annual basis and as per your contract. This means if you do nothing, your subscription will continue into the next term.

How can I ‘opt out’ of automatic renewal?

For Medical Student Digital Cadaver or Anatomy 360 subscriptions, you can turn off automatic renewal at any time before your next billing date. We want to make this easy for you. Simply go to your profile setting from the platform and disable the auto-renewal option.  Once turned off, your subscription will not renew after the current paid period ends. You’ll continue to have full access until your current subscription term expires, but it won’t automatically charge or extend after that.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely! You’re free to cancel whenever you need to – we understand your needs change. You can initiate a cancellation through your Brahmarsive dashboard or by reaching out to us. Follow these steps: go to Settings > Subscription Details > cancel Subscription

When you cancel, we’ll stop any future billing. Importantly, you won’t lose access immediately – you can continue using the platform until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (the current month or year of your subscription). After that, your account will simply not be renewed.

If I cancel, will I get a refund for the unused time?

As you will have access to the platform until your subscription runs out, we do not issue refunds for the remaining time on a subscription when you cancel (unless required by applicable law). For example, if you cancel midway through a month or year, you’ll still be able to use the platform for the rest of that prepaid period, but you won’t be refunded for the days remaining. We believe in transparency, so we want you to know this upfront. (The only exception would be if a specific law in your region requires a refund under certain circumstances – we will, of course, comply with any such laws.) 

What if the Brahmarsive software stops working? Can I get a refund then?

Our team works hard to ensure the platform is up and running smoothly for you. If there’s a serious issue on our end that makes Brahmarsive completely inaccessible for you, please let us know right away. In those rare cases, we will review the situation. If we determine that a problem with our platform causes you to lose access for a significant time, we’ll do our best to make it right. This could include offering you a pro-rated refund for the time you were unable to use the service (meaning we’d refund the portion of your subscription for the period of confirmed downtime). Refunds in these cases are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion after verification of the issue. Our goal is to be fair and take care of our customers if we have an outage or service disruption.

What equipment or system do I need to use Brahmarsive?

Brahmarsive is an immersive platform, so you will need to have your own compatible virtual reality hardware to use it (we provide the software, but not the physical devices). It’s important to make sure your device meets our minimum requirements before you subscribe, so you have a smooth experience.

Do I need to have my own VR headset or other hardware?

Yes, you’ll need to use your own compatible device. Brahmarsive is a software platform and doesn’t come bundled with hardware, so having the appropriate VR headset is essential.   We want you to have the best experience, so ensure you have a device that meets the requirements above. If you don’t currently have a supported VR headset or a powerful enough PC for authoring, you may need to obtain those before fully utilizing the platform. Feel free to reach out to us if you need advice on what to get – we’re happy to help point you in the right direction. 

Anatomy 360

VR Device Support

For the best Anatomy 360 experience, we highly recommend using a Meta Quest 3.
The platform is also available on the PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise Edition, and both devices are fully supported.

The Meta Quest 3S is also supported. Anatomy 360 can run on the Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest Pro; however, because these are older devices, users may experience reduced performance, including minor lag or occasional display issues.

Desktop Support

Anatomy 360 Experiences cannot be accessed on desktop and laptop computers for launching and previewing.

Mobile Device Support

Mobile phones and tablets are not supported by Anatomy 360. The platform does not run on iOS or Android devices. Users must access the content through a supported VR headset.

Digital Cadaver and Medical Student Version

VR Device Support

For the best Anatomy 360 experience, we highly recommend using a Meta Quest 3.

Desktop Support

For the Medical Student Plan, desktop or laptop access is supported only for Digital Cadaver experiences. A capable system with an Intel i5 (or equivalent) processor, 16 GB RAM or more, and a WebXR-compatible browser is recommended.
 While Digital Cadaver experience can be launched and previewed on desktop, a fully immersive VR experience requires one of the supported VR headsets.

Mobile Device Support

Mobile and tablet devices are not supported under the Medical Student Plan. The platform does not function on iOS or Android smartphones or tablets. Access is limited to supported VR headsets for immersive viewing and desktop/laptop systems where applicable.

Can I use Brahmarsive on a mobile phone or tablet?

No, unfortunately not at this time. Brahmarsive does not support mobile phones or tablets for either authoring or viewing immersive experiences. The platform is focused on VR headset and desktop/laptop environments. We know convenience is important, and as mobile AR/VR tech improves, we may revisit this in the future, but for now you’ll need to stick with the supported VR devices and/or a PC for the authoring tool. 

What if Brahmarsive doesn’t run well on my device?

If you’re having trouble running Brahmarsive, the first step is to double-check that your device meets our minimum requirements and is on our device supported list. Often, performance issues come from using hardware that’s below spec or not officially supported. Make sure, for example, that you’re using one of the recommended VR headsets (and that your PC, if you’re using one for authoring, has the needed specs). If your device isn’t supported or is underpowered, you might experience lag, crashes, or other problems. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for performance problems or inaccessibility that result from incompatible or insufficient hardware – so it’s really important to verify compatibility ahead of time. That said, we’re here to help: if you’re unsure whether your setup is adequate, or you are still experiencing issues, feel free to reach out to our support team. We can guide you on whether your device should work or if an upgrade might be needed, ensuring you get the best Brahmarsive experience possible.

Is Anatomy 360 suitable for my child who is over 13 years old?

Yes, this product features anatomically accurate content intended solely for legitimate educational and instructional use and does not contain any inappropriate (explicit or graphic) material. It is suitable for learners under 18 when used in an educational context and is FERPA-compliant, supporting the protection and privacy of student education records.

What data is held about my child on the platform?

Only basic information about the child is stored: first name, last name, email, phone number, and country.  School or college are optional stored.  We follow strict data privacy, and you can read more about this here: [link] which means we do not share or sell any of our customer data.

What is Anatomy 360?

The Anatomy 360 Series consists of 14 virtual reality experiences, which are categorized into 3 levels of featured experiences.  They include:

  • Anatomy Systems (11x covering body systems)
  • Vital Organs (5x organs)
  • Accessory Organs (3x organs)

In featured experiences, you can interactively click on different regions of the human body to view their body areas. They can also explode specific body organs to explore or pick up the organs using their hands for a more immersive learning experience.

Functional experiences follow a structured, sequential flow. These experiences focus on explaining how a particular biological process works, guiding the user step by step through the process.

What happens after the 14 Day trial if I don’t subscribe?

After the free trial, the user can login to the platform but won’t be able to access any of the Anatomy 360 experiences in it.

Can I remove access to Anatomy 360 from my child? Or cancel the subscription?

Access cannot be removed directly. If access needs to be revoked, the user must cancel the subscription. Once the subscription is canceled and the current month’s renewal period ends, the child will no longer be able to access any experiences in Anatomy 360.

Will my child see my payment details? How is my card stored on the platform?

The child can view only the payment details used for the subscription in Settings > Subscription details > View Subscription Details. However, the platform does not store any card details. All the sensitive information related to the subscription payment is handled by stripe.

What data is stored, and how can I get it deleted?

We only collect limited and essential contact details required for basic communication and service delivery purposes to ensure you get the best experience from our platform and products. These include the user’s name, email address, phone number, organization name, and country. This information is used strictly for operational, onboarding, and support-related activities, and not for any sensitive identity verification or confidential processing. What is FERPA and how does it affect the data stored?

FERPA is a law that protects your child’s educational information. It ensures that student data—such as learning progress or activity within the platform—is kept private and secure.

Brahmarsive is certified and follows FERPA guidelines, so your child’s information is used only for learning purposes.

If purchased via an institution and not directly, it is accessible only to authorized teachers and school staff, and is never sold or shared with outside parties. Schools remain in control of the data, and your child’s privacy is always respected.
